EB-2 Visa -  Professionals and workers with Exceptional Ability

The EB2 visa for the Green Card is one of the most interesting visas and is just reserved to applicants holding an very advanced degree or soething equivalent, or with very exceptional ability in areas likes the science, arts, or business.

 This category include but is not limited to: architects, doctors, engineers, physicians, surgeons, lawyers and teachers of primary, secondary school or College, etc.

 An advanced University Degree is considered at least a Master’s degree or, in some professions, a Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of five years’ work experience.

 Exceptional ability means a university degree of expertise significantly above that ordinarily encountered in arts, science,  or business.
